I’M KATHY TUCKER.

I help sales leaders in the Homebuilding and Real Estate Industries develop systems and skills to gain the clarity and confidence to effectively lead a high performance sales team, even if they’re new to sales leadership.

I’m a sales executive who left the corporate world to live my passion of developing and coaching sales leaders. After 30 years with the nation’s leading home builders, I was tired of seeing the same struggle: successful sales people promoted to sales management, but finding themselves frustrated and overworked. It doesn’t have to be that way. Work with me and allow me to give you the tools, systems & support to become the leader you’re meant to be.
